Note; you are welcome, invited, and have a right to attend any city council or council committee meeting (unless there is a special executive session, which is rare) Council meetings are the first and third Monday night of each month at 6 PM at the City Annex (corner of Vista and 2nd). If Monday is a federal holiday, the meeting is the next night, Tuesday. Committees meet the Wednesday morning previous to the council meetings. I am happy to provide more information.
